Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for GetThis purchases. Apple App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Direct purchases made through our website or billing flow are handled by us. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be available for eligible direct purchases if the request is made within the stated refund window and the request meets the conditions below.

  • Refund requests must be submitted by the original purchaser.
  • We may request order details, payment proof, or account information to verify the purchase.
  • Refund eligibility may depend on the product type, purchase channel, and local consumer law.
  • For purchases made through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted to Apple.

2. Refund window

For direct purchases made through our website or billing flow, refund requests should generally be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

For Apple App Store purchases, refund timing and eligibility are determined by Apple’s refund process and policies.

3. What is refundable

  • Accidental duplicate charges on direct purchases.
  • Unauthorized direct purchases, where supported by payment processor evidence.
  • One-time deals or subscriptions that were clearly mischarged due to a billing error on our side.

4. What is not refundable

  • Requests made after the refund window for direct purchases, unless required by law.
  • Refunds for dissatisfaction after the service has been actively used, unless required by law.
  • Purchases that were canceled after access to the paid service or entitlement was delivered, unless required by law.
  • Apple App Store purchases not submitted through Apple’s refund process.

5. Apple App Store purchases

If you purchased GetThis through the Apple App Store, Apple handles the purchase, billing, and refund process.

Please use Apple’s refund request flow, including the App Store or Report a Problem page, for any Apple App Store purchase issues.

6. How to request a refund

For direct purchases, email us at hi@getthis.day with your order details and the reason for the request.

Please include the email address used for purchase, the plan name, purchase date, and any relevant receipt or invoice information.

For Apple App Store purchases, use Apple’s refund request flow in the App Store or Report a Problem page.

7. Processing time

Approved direct-purchase refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method by the payment provider. Timing depends on the payment network and your bank. Apple App Store refunds are handled according to Apple’s own process.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, contact us first so we can review and resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may delay resolution.
